All products are delivered electronically after purchase. No physical goods are shipped.

ORDERS AND CONTRACT

The presentation of products on this website does not constitute a legally binding offer.

By completing a purchase, you submit a binding offer. The contract is concluded once payment has been successfully processed.

PAYMENTS

All payments are processed securely via third-party payment providers (e.g., Lemon Squeezy).

By completing a purchase, you agree to provide accurate and complete payment information and to the terms of the respective payment provider.

DELIVERY

Access to digital products is provided immediately after successful payment via download or access link.

You are responsible for ensuring that your device meets the necessary technical requirements.

You may not reproduce, distribute, resell, or share any part of the content without prior written permission.

REFUNDS

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final.

By purchasing a digital product, you expressly agree that access is granted immediately and acknowledge that you thereby waive your statutory right of withdrawal in accordance with applicable EU consumer protection laws.

All content is provided for educational and reflective purposes only.

We do not guarantee specific outcomes or results.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

Liability for intent and gross negligence remains unaffected.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany.
