- access to the product is granted immediately after purchase, and 

- you thereby waive your statutory right of withdrawal in accordance with applicable EU consumer protection laws.

In exceptional cases, refunds may be granted at our discretion. This may include:

 

- duplicate purchases 

- technical issues preventing access to the product 

- accidental transactions 

 

Requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase.

It is your responsibility to ensure that your device and software are compatible with the product format before purchase.

 

We are not responsible for issues resulting from incompatible systems or incorrect usage.
